A farm business with roots in the soil.
Harit Farm is built around a simple idea: food should have a visible relationship with the land, the season and the people who grow it.
Our land
Our farming story begins with the soil. We work with seasonal crops suited to the region and aim to keep the land covered, living and productive. Grains and pulses are selected with household use in mind, while native varieties remain an important part of the farm's identity.
Cow-based natural farming
Indigenous cattle have long been part of Indian farming systems. At Harit Farm, well-managed cattle are part of the farm ecosystem. Dung and other farm-safe natural inputs can be composted and used to return organic matter to the soil. We do not treat cattle as a marketing prop; their care, feed, hygiene and welfare are part of the farming responsibility.
From harvest to kitchen
Harvest is cleaned, sorted and packed in practical lots. Where processing is required, we prefer gentle, traditional methods that preserve the character of the ingredient. Product descriptions clearly distinguish farming practices from formal certification claims.
Our promise
We will keep improving traceability, soil care, responsible water use, packaging choices and communication with customers. If a product is certified, we will show the relevant certification. If it is farm-grown under our natural practices without certification, we will describe it honestly.
